no complaints whatsoever, i would like to come again. terrace was included. the staff was friendly providing the information. the big room with the sunny balcony. besides, free wi fi worked flawlessly.

It is not far from the airport. We had a room with bay views. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again, if we come to San Francisco
